Returns and Exchanges Policy

At CI Bearings, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it. Please contact us immediately if you need to exchange an item due to any defect or damage.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within a set number of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
